The rules, in plain terms
Only personal installs count
A deal counts toward your next pay scale once it's installed.
New pay starts next month
When you earn a new pay scale, it starts on the 1st of the following month.
Rates depend on what you sell
Fiber pay amounts depend on the internet provider and the plan you sell. Ask your manager for the current rate sheet for your pay scale.
Example: moving up to Junior Varsity
MARCH 18
Your 50th personal install goes in. You've earned JV.
MARCH 19–31
Sales you make for the rest of March pay at the Starter scale.
APRIL 1 ONWARD
Every sale you make from April 1 pays at the JV scale.
CAR CLUB
Top producers drive with the Car Club
Hit 175 clean installs in a calendar quarter to earn your spot in the Car Club. Anyone can earn it, at any pay scale.
